George River Highlights

• Incorporated May 17, 2006 for the purpose of
  exploration of mineral resource properties.
• Signed option agreement with Sheridan Platinum
  and Fancamp to earn a 100 interest in the
  Optioned George River Properties 428 claims
  totalling 19,949 ha.
• Staked the Staked George River Properties 141
  claims totalling 12,535 ha.

Target Deposit

• Rossing type deposits one of the worlds
  largest uranium mines.
• Low grade, large scale, near surface.
• Rossings average grade is less than 0.05 U3O8.
• Results for neighbouring companies in the George
  River show significantly higher in similar
  geology.
• The province of Quebec has long been known to
  host so-called pegmatite uranium deposits -
  similar to the geology of the Rossing mine.

Adjacent Properties

• Majescors grab sample results (contiguous claims
  to the north) from their fall program showed
• - 37 samples with values higher than 0.05
  U3O8, including 18 above 0.1 U3O8, as high as
  0.65 U3O8.
• Quest (50 kms southeast of Nebu) reported finding
  four new uranium zones, including the Stewart
  Lake trend where grades up to 0.80 U3O8 were
  recorded in surface samples.

Progress Report

• Helicopter radiometric and magnetic surveys were
  flown in late September, 2007 over 8 claim blocks
  in the George River area of Quebec.
• Geophysical equipment included a multi channel
  gamma ray spectrometer with 16.8 litres downward
  looking and 4.2 litres upward looking NaI crystal
  sensors.
• Surveys were completed on 7 of 8 blocks for a
  total of 2,444 line km. and identified numerous
  radioactive anomalies.

Results of Airborne

• Prominent uranium highs have been outlined.
• 18 uranium clusters containing 24 uranium targets
  have been identified.
• Results show the average Uranium and Potassium
  values are roughly twice the values expected for
  typical Archean terrain, suggesting a very
  fertile bedrock terrain.

Use of Proceeds

• Commencing in the spring of 2008, the balance of
  the combined airborne radiometric and magnetic
  survey will be completed.
• Following the final report from JVX, rock
  sampling, mechanical stripping and trenching will
  begin.
• A 2,000 m diamond drilling program is proposed to
  "scout drill" the more promising showings.
