IOM Cohort Definition

• All Repeat Vehicle or Burglary offenders over
  rolling 12 month period
• Not PPOs
• Not MAPPA
• Reside in the borough
• Offenders in the community or just prior to
  release
• Deregistration 12 months no priority offences or
  after release no offences for 3 months
