    blind spots, and for that we need the help of
    others

    them. All of us have some blind spots that can
    hinder our ability as leaders.

Bass' theory of leadership How people become
leaders?
  • Trait theory - Some personality traits may lead
    people naturally into leadership roles.
  • Great events theory - A crisis or important event
    may cause a person to rise to the occasion and
    brings out extraordinary leadership qualities
  • Transformational leadership theory - People can
    choose to become leaders and learn leadership
    skills.
