• Create a unified PACAF Installation Strategic
  Vision
• Update the existing General Plans in providing a
  flight plan for future facilities development
  at PACAF bases
• Summarize the General Plan in a concise document
  to facilitate viewership and project execution
• Incorporate the final product as a web-based
  application
