  • Web page uses too many frames so adaptive
    technology programs, Jaws, cannot read
  • Login procedures confusing
  • Registration through library not convenient
  • Font sizes too small

Once in NetLibrary
  • Currently e-books are in either Text or PDF
    format.
  • Moving to only PDF format
  • Problem adaptive technology programs such as
    Jaws will only read text files
  • PDF files can be increased 6400
  • Zoomtext will work with either text
  • or PDF files 16X

Databases
  • Accessibility varies with the product
  • If the page is scalable then the largest setting
    is bolder and easier to read.
  • Some offer the articles in PDF format in which
    size can be increased.
