4CONSTRUCTION STATUS
Project 2, Spears Road Regional Pump Station
- Activity
- Contractor completed the tensioned wire
wrapping of - ground storage tank (GST) 1 and continued
the - tensioned wire wrapping of GST 2.
- Contractor completed the installation of the
structural - steel for the pump and chlorine buildings.
- Contractor continued installation of the
electrical - duct bank throughout the site.
5CONSTRUCTION STATUS
- Project 5D (Louetta Regional Water Plant)
- Activity
- Contractor completed excavation of the
- detention pond.
- Contractor began excavation of the foundations
- for the GSTs.

- Contract 1 -- involves connection related work
- on nine water plant sites

connection - to the GST on five water

9WATER LINE INSTALLATION DURING REPORTING PERIOD
Total 13,392
10WATER LINE INSTALLED An additional 13,392 feet
of pipe was installed during the reporting period
bringing the total footage of water line
installed in the Authoritys system to 276,162
feet, approximately 52.3 miles. Additionally,
approximately 3,863 feet have been installed for
the Central Harris County Regional Water
Authority.
11- GROUNDWATER TRANSFER PROGRAM
- Provided administrative oversight of the GTP
- systems.
- Systems continue to be reliable, responsive,
- and function effectively.
- Provided approximately 3.25 MGD of water
- to the Buyer districts.

- Provided oversight of Severn Trent
Environmental - Services, Inc.s activities and its contract
to operate the - Authoritys GTP systems.
- Responded to inquiries from districts
concerning the - conversion to surface water and the
conversion to - chloramines disinfection.
- Assisted the Authority in the definition of the
basic - components of the proposed Water Reuse
Incentive - Program.
- Completed the Draft Drought Contingency Plan
for - Groundwater Transfer Program.
- Updated status of districts efforts concerning
