What is a magnet school?

• Magnet schools are public schools that serve as a
  vehicle to promote diverse student populations
  and optimize the use of facilities using unique
  programs to attract familiesmuch like a real
  magnet attracts things!
• Cloverleaf Elementary is a Math, Science, and
  Technology magnet school using these three
  content areas to teach Literacy, Social Studies,
  and 21st Century Learning Skills.
