  among China, Japan and Korea

• To investigate system requirements and enabling
  technologies for B3G on a technical neutral basis
  including
• Multiple Access schemes
• Component technologies
• Purpose
• To contribute technical activity outside
  standardization bodies including ITU-R and APT

• Initiate drafting white paper document
• Make consensus ToC outline of white paper
  document
• TTA proposed outline in the next slide.
• CJK materials presented in the last meetings need
  to be also consolidated into the appropriate
  chapter.
• Election of Editors and a Chief Editor
