Graduation Registry

• Please write your name as you want it to appear
  on your diploma.
• This serves as your intent to graduate.
• Make sure you sign it before you leave the room!

Graduation

• Saturday December 15 at 1000 am, Waco, TX
• Regalia is sold by the bookstore in Waco.
  Contact information is available on the S2
  website.
• Invitations are available through Jostens
• If you chose not to attend you need to send in a
  not attending graduation form. Link is also on
  the S2 website.

Pinning

• December 14 at 10 am.
• East Dallas Christian Church at the corner of
  Peak and Worth.
• Rehearsal is Wednesday December 12 at 1000 am.

Pin info

• Pins cost 119. Order forms available in your
  folder.
• Pins may be purchased by anyone in the graduating
  class who wants one.
• A pin is not required for students to be involved
  in the ceremony
• If you submit your order form to us by Friday
  October 5 you will not need to pay shipping and
  your pin will be here in time for the pinning
  ceremony.

Pinning Ceremony

• Students are pinned by 1 or 2 people (usually
  parents, spouses, children, or faculty).
• Sunday dress is the normal attire
• We will have a professional photographer taking
  pictures.
• Invitations are available through Jostens.
• There is no limit on how many people you may have
  at the ceremony.

Pinning Reception

• Held in the fellowship hall at the church
• A maximum of 500 people may attend. It works out
  to be about 7 or 8 guests for each student.
• Appetizers, punch, and cookies are served.
• The cost is 25.

Licensure Process

• Submit an application for licensure
• Register to take NCLEX
• After you graduate well send in your affidavit
  of graduation
• You will receive your Authorization To Test
• Sign up for a date and time to take NCLEX

• Finger prints
• Today in room 203, 9.95, bring ID
• Pictures
• Already taken. Contact Dennis Getty if you want
  to schedule pictures.

• Bring in online verification form
• Paper applications
• Must be notarized
• Bring Money order or check
• Completed applications due to Student Services by
  Sept 14 by 5 pm.

Declaratory Order

• Anyone who has been
• arrested
• diagnosed, treated, or hospitalized, for mental
  illness
• addicted to or treated for drugs and/or alcohol
• Submit D.O. application along with an additional
  fee for a more in depth background check.

NCLEX

• Follow link on S2 site to register to take the
  NCLEX
• Pay 200.00 to take NCLEX

  all aspects of application.
