programs and grants.

- Ship materials for RI events and to Districts,
clubs and individual Rotarians

- Provide all necessary information and advice on
humanitarian and educational grant programs . - Keep Rotarians informed about PolioPlus
activities, progress and contribution options - Record and issue donor recognitions, report on
total club and district contribution status, etc - Provide information to the District officers
regarding the SHARE System.

18How is the Foundation structured?
International Level Managed by 15 Trustees. There
are 42 Regional Foundation Coordinators around
the world who are the a primary link between the
Secretariat and districts.
District levelThe Foundations main
administrative unit. Each district has a District
Foundation Committee.
Club levelA Rotary Foundation Committee
responsible for setting annual contribution goals
and determining Foundation programs participation.

- District Simplified Grants
- Support the service activities or humanitarian
endeavours of districts - Volunteer Service Grants
- Subsidize travel costs of Rotarian individuals or
small groups for qualified international
humanitarian service at Foundation sites - Matching Grants
- Assist in funding international humanitarian
service projects in cooperation with Rotary in
another country - Health, Hunger Humanity (3-H) Grants
- Fund long-term international development projects
to improve health, alleviate hunger, or promote
development through self-help activities - Humanitarian Grants Cadre of Technical Advisors
- A registry with Rotarians who are willing and
able to provide technical expertise at 3-H Grant
and Matching Grant project sites

- Ambassadorial Scholarships
- Provide scholarships to (non-Rotarian) students
who serve abroad as ambassadors of goodwill - Group Study Exchange
- Exchange of qualified (non-Rotarian) teams of
business and professional people between
districts in different countries - Rotary Grants for University Teachers
- To advance development in low income countries
through sponsoring educators. This grant is
available for Rotarians and non-Rotarians. - Rotary Centers for International Studies
- Equip (non-Rotarian) professionals on how to
promote peace and understanding at one of the
Rotary Centers.
