Where the Olympic games where held
The Olympic games were held in the honour of the
Zeus the king of the Gods. The games were always
held every four years. Every God must go to every
game or they are not classed as a proper God.

People who could do the Olympics?
Any men or boys took part but they are not
professionals they are just ordinary people
training hard to compete in the Olympics.

How to train for the Olympics?
To prepare for the Olympic games you need to eat
the right food, you also need to oil your body to
have a beautiful fit athlete body. You need to
attend every game if you miss one you will not be
able to attend the Olympic games ever again.

The events that took place ?
The different events were running, discus,
sprinting, javelin and wrestling and the best
chariot racing. There were lots of other events
that took place in the Olympics.

The Prizes
The winners received crowns made out of olive
branches they also received garland made out of
olive leaves. They all collected a medal or if
they had won the collected a trophy. They did not
care about the prizes they just loved the glory
of taking part but if they had won they would
cherish their moment of the glory of their part
of being allowed to just take part.
