• Go to the homepage http//conferencing/Login/Host
  LogIn.asp?LO1.
• Select System Test

• Note the host has a few addition system
  requirements, so select the Im a host button.

• Select the Check My System button.

• If you are missing any requirements, make the
  suggested changes.

• For instance, I allowed pop-ups just for this
  site and then re-ran the test.

Schedule a Conference

• For those staff who have accounts, the ID and PIN
  are your phone extension.

• Select the Conference Later button for a future
  call or Conference Now button to be directly
  connected once you finish imputing the call data.

• Note that if you schedule a call to end at 4pm
  and all the ports are taken by other calls
  starting at 4pm, the system will end your call
  with a five and one minute audio warning.
