ACTION PLAN - Evaluation
IDA web-based survey on Electronic Public
Services. According to methodology of
E-Government indicators for benchmarking
eEurope. In IDA only indicators for G2C/G2B are
included. Evaluation for Slovenia is based on
accomplishment of national plans for 12 services
for population and 8 services for business, as
reported by coordination group to Slovenian
Government. Published by Government Centre for
Informatics 17-09-2004 (Slovenian State Portal) .

opening hours in municipality register office of
Ljubljana (deadline for acquiring new passports
as all old ones have expired).

more and more services can be done comfortably
