INFOS - what is it?

• Information Network for Official Statistics
  (INFOS) provides online access to approximately
  2.5 million trade and other time series data.
• Contains data down to HS10, cargo, country, and
  all the normal imports exports data
• Can be used to download the most up-to-date
  information.
• Data can be graphed, analysed or integrated with
  other applications.
• INFOS is chargeable

Customer services resources

• Subscriptions
• These are regular data sets provided to customers
  on a regular monthly basis
• Customised data sets
• These are one off requests by clients for data
  that is not published
• Subject matter specialists
• Customer services can direct complicated requests
  towards members of the overseas trade team
