Board What to Expect

• An established, tested board model in-line with
  what is used by many other churches and
  non-profits
• Stability in AC/Board membership
• An opportunity to learn from and interact with
  Buck Rogers and the current AC
• Transition to the new structure by the beginning
  of MY10

Financial Update

• Year-end giving was 166K over regular monthly
  giving
• Whereas we were 16 below budget, we are now 9
  below
• Assuming we meet our budget, we have another
  100K gap to close for MY10

• February Teaching series on giving
• March Financial health check-in
• April Budget decisions made for MY10
  (possibility of reducing staff size by as many as
  3 FTE, effective 8/09)
