Teacher Recommendations

• Teachers should have the RED Folders!!!
• Bring teacher the BLUE folder with
• 1. Addressed stamped envelopes
• 2. Teacher Secondary Reports
• 3. List of schools applying to
• Teachers will mail the recommendations
  themselves. Teachers will record the day each
  recommendation is sent. Make sure you give them
  the deadline dates.
• Give them AT LEAST 3 WEEKS to complete.

TRANSCRIPT REQUEST PROCESS

• 1. Fill out Transcript Request Form -
• Put only schools applying to at this time
• Need parent signature on reverse side
• 4.00 per transcript request
• 2. Bring the following to Registrar
• Transcript form
• All Secondary school report(s) for Counselor
• Addressed, stamped envelopes, for each school
• Return address is MRHS

• 3. Return to Registrar
• Pick up and inspect transcript. We will include
  School Profile, Career Academy Program, Scholars
  Program, Intern/Mentor, and Leadership Fellows
  information, if in these programs.
• YOU WILL MAIL THE TRANSCRIPTS.
• Counselors will mail recommendations/secondary
  school reports.
