• Launching CGN (Country Gateway Net) on June 2004

  VnDG and special website VPOCC for Vietnamese
  farmer

• Building Managing a leading portal for Vietnam
  Sustainable Development
• Promote the dissemination of quality development
  information in an efficient way to each target
  group
• Offering to general population the opportunity to
  access ICT, applying ICT to everyday activities
  on economic development and alleviation of
  poverty throughout Vietnam.
• Coordinating with other interested parties to
  develop a two-way network to carry info. to users
  from cities to remote areas

  2005 5000 VPOCCs)
