FOOD

• In many countries, people eat very little meat.
  They have one many kind of filling food and eat
  it with sauces made with vegetables, spices or
  herbs.
• In Asia and the Middle East, the filling food is
  rice, in Africa it is maize, millet or white
  vegetables called yams. Potatoes are eaten in
  Europe and also in South America where they first
  came from. Everywhere people use flour made from
  wheat or other kinds of grain to make bread.
