Concept of Operations

• Two of Tyndall AFBs three F-15 fighter squadrons
  will convert to the F-22
• First batch of aircraft, Mar 2003
• Second batch of aircraft, Jun 2007

• Tyndall will conduct F-15/F-22 operations until
  F-15 training goes away, which may be well past
  FY 2013
• Additive mission

F-22 Airspace Requirements

• Minimum of 50 x 100 NM
• Surface to 60,000 AWL
• Use of chaff/flares
• Unrestricted supersonic
• IAW current supersonic restrictions
• Otherwise, subsonic
