12Dedicated coordination capacity
UN coordination is now considered as a programme
related practice area, and the UNDP has now
allowed that as of 2004 COs may use up to 80 of
their SRC allocation for L-posts (fixed-term 200
series contracts)
13In addition
Extra budgetary resources (partners or CCF) can
be used to fully fund or co-fund the following L
posts, NO posts, ALDs, UNVs, JPOs (3rd year),
Service Contracts and SSAs. Some UNCTs have
managed to raise funds with donors locally to
fund posts of coordination officers
