What the Fly-In means to our members
  • The whole day was an experience I wont forget
    so many memorable people.
  •
  • I felt the buzz in the room and the feeling that
the MPs where making an effort to come and meet
    us.
  •
  • Meeting with my MP was great to be able to get
my message across felt very empowering.
  •
  • An inspiring moving day which re-energised me
    and my advocacy work.

What the Fly-In means to MPs
  • I have to address many local issues and
concerns, so I welcome the informed approach
adopted by the UKBCC. It means that I can work
with constituents, confident in the knowledge
that they not only have a clear idea of what they
want to achieve, but also that they understand
what I need from them in order to support them.

10
Our approach
  • Truly grassroots
  • Information and knowledge-base
  • Overcoming complacency
  • Consensus and partnership
