• Reports Directly to Chair, KidSport Edmonton

• Responsibilities Include
•  
• Provide leadership and direction to the Board,
  Subcommittees and Staff
• Maintain communication with KidSport Alberta
  Liaison
• Ensure provincial guidelines are being met
• Negotiate sponsorships and/or donations
• Carry out all orders and resolutions of the Board
• Assist Central Alberta Manager with the
  preparation of monthly Board agendas
• Attend and preside over all meetings of the Board
• Act as a spokesperson when required
