The Alliance Board is requested to

• Adopt the proposed classification system for
  fragile states, based on the World Bank,
  LICUS/fragile states model
• Adopt two sub-categories of countries
• Post-conflict countries, based upon International
  Development Association (IDA) classification
  criteria and,
• Conflict countries

• Await the Conclusion of ISS evaluation
• Regional country consultations in Q1 2007
• Guidance from the Alliance Board on the
  development of revised policies to support
  post-conflict and conflict countries
• Recommendations to the Board in May 2007
