• 2002 Statistics
• 650 visits were made to 45 targeted settings for
  intensive follow-up.
• 3500 contacts were made to children and families
  via individual assessments or screenings, letters
  to parents, parent meetings and phone
  consultations.
• Health informational newsletters were distributed
  quarterly to targeted child care settings
  impacting 4000 children/and or families.
• 85 percent of 1000 participants gained new
  knowledge on topics discussed in health
  presentations.
• 90 of targeted settings improved immunization
  documentation thus resulting in 50 of parental
  compliance.
• 15 of the 45 targeted settings increased licensed
  (star-rated) status due to the impact of the
  program
