This podium is self-contained for laptops as well
as other equipment that is contained inside the
podium.

Podium 2 keyboard contained inside doors
Consensus was to shorten the top rim of the
podium so that shorter faculty would not be
hidden. Edges were trimmed down from this unit.

Keyboard is able to be on sliding tray or raised
up to the top of the cart for taller people. Top
of cart has large amount of space for instructor
to lay out their materials for lecture. Podium
doors lock to protect equipment from being
stolen.

hidden under the unit for Transportation Unit is
big enough that it is not so transportable that
the whole unit could disappear without being
noticed

Connectors to the left of the monitor are for
laptop hookup instead of using the installed
Desktop PC allowing for flexibility of
connections especially for guest presenters.

Switcher Gives instructor access to press the
button and have the equipment Start without
having to bend down or look for on/off
switches. Gives the Technical Support staff
access from where they are located to fix a
problem for the instructor.

Rim around edge of Podium is shorter and not so
hard to see over. Drawer was added below
keyboard tray to store remote controlls Right
side of podium has a pull out shelf to hold a
document camera. This locks from the interior to
safeguard the document camera when not in
use. Doors lock to safeguard equipment but do
not include the keyboard shelf.
