Coding Issues Related to AAP/FEM

• gt1. LADCo will not hold the NH3 development team
  responsible
• gt for any science (eg. model equations, MMT,
  etc.) developed
• gt after the cutoff date (01/28/05)
• With the exception of science that was developed
  to fill gaps. We expect a complete model. If all
  the parts were not available on 01/28 then the we
  will still hold you responsible to deliver a
  complete model.
• gt2. The NH3 development team is not responsible
  for using
• gt the midwest-specific state MMT distribution
  data. New
• gt MMT definitions have been made that can not
  be accomodated
• gt within the original design of FEM (which was
  to follow
• gt the EPA MMT definitions).
• Obviously Mike may comment on this but I would
  expect that if Hongwei does comes up with
  comments that you will incorporate them. That was
  in your proposal and in the RFP. We should
  discuss this next week.
