abiding citizens and will follow all manner of
rules, laws and regulations if they believe them
to be genuine and especially if theyre written
on expensive paper. This is the power of
legitimacy. It is key in negotiation. If it
looks as if it is genuine then often your rule
or law will not be questioned. You could try,
We wont be accepting price rises next year.
