- Preparation of guiding lines for a national
strategy for an urban policy, to be applied to
the Portuguese case, focusing on the axis
Competitiveness and Innovation. - Analysis of new tools of an urban policy centred

named as innovation hubs. - Recommendations associated to the strategies and
instruments of urban policy and to the planning
and design of innovation hubs for the Southern
European countries.
