Fundraising with FruityFaces - OPTION 1
FruityFaces - fun, inflatable fruit carrying
cases designed to get children eating more fruit!
The Kidz Evolution range of FruityFaces is
designed specifically to carry apples, bananas,
plums, pears, mandarins, grapes and other fresh
fruit by creating a cushion of air around the
fruit for protection and transportation.
FruityFaces give a fun, positive and cool image
to eating fruit, easily withstanding the rigours
of the school bus and the playground. They are
easily attached to school bags, have the
all-important name tag and are easily accessible
for children at morning tea and lunch. At Kidz
Evolution, we are committed to promoting a
message about healthy eating for young children
using FruityFaces whilst giving something back
to your local school or community at the same
time. Fundraise with FruityFaces and Kidz
Evolution will donate 2.50 per FruityFace
sold 1. We suggest you appoint a fundraising
coordinator who purchases six FruityFace samples
one of each design - to show to
children/parents/teachers/club members. Samples
can be purchased at a special fundraising
wholesale price of 6.50 each by emailing
kerry_at_kidzevolution.com.au explaining your role
as fundraising coordinator. Be sure to display
samples where parents and children can see on a
regular basis before and during your
fundraiser. 2. Print off order forms from
http//www.kidzevolution.com.au Fundraising
with FruityFaces and give each child or parent a
form to take home. You may find it helpful to
download some marketing posters also available
on our Fundraising page. Please note our order
forms specify the current retail price of 9.95
each you may choose to offer a buy 3 for 27.95
or even sell at a higher price. Please change
the form accordingly to suit your needs. 3.
Parents return the order forms in an envelope to
the fundraising coordinator with payment
enclosed. It might be helpful to specify a
return by date and how the school/club will
accept payment some prefer only cash or cheque,
some can process credit card payments. Please
note Kidz Evolution prefers not to process
credit card payments when part of a
fundraiser. 4. The coordinator collates order
forms and calculates a total number of
FruityFaces required and total monies collected.
The attached form should be used and, at this
stage, the coordinator should contact Kidz
Evolution by email info_at_kidzevolution.com.au or
by calling [phone]. A member of Kidz
Evolution will calculate the total final payment
payable. Kidz Evolution is committed to a 2.50
donation for every FruityFace sold and will
deduct this from the final amount payable by way
of reducing the supply price to 7.45. Please
note the final order will be subject to a fixed
price of 18 for postage and handling. Payment
can be made by cheque or EFT. 5. The
coordinator sends the attached form and payment
for the final total to Kidz Evolution. Once the
order form and payment have been received, your
FruityFaces will be delivered within 14 days for
bundling by the coordinator and distribution to

further information to you. Why not set up a
stall at your next Kindergarten
welcome/orientation day, summer/spring/christmas
fair, gala day, end of season soccer tournament
why not take some along to your next mothers
group meeting or morning tea you decide the
venue. Why not adopt a Crunch and Sip campaign
at your school a 10 minute break mid-morning
for children to stop work and eat a fresh piece
of fruit and sip water. It could be during quiet
reading timeor just before morning recess.
