How The Green Bin Works

• BINS ARE LOCATED IN THE KITCHENETTE AREAS
• Housekeeping will empty all green bins at the end
  of the work day.
• All organics will be transported by housekeeping
  to a central staging area in the dock.
• All organic food waste will be transported to a
  licensed facility where it will be converted into
  useable compost.

What Goes In The Waste Bin?

• All materials that are not acceptable in the
  recycling program will be deemed as general
  refuse and should be placed in the black waste
  bins
• Housekeeping will empty all black waste bins at
  the end of the work day
• BLACK bins for the collection of general refuse
  will be located in the kitchenettes. THERE WILL
  BE NO WASTE RECEPTACLES LOCATED AT EACH WORK
  STATION.

How To Dispose of Batteries,Toner Cartridges,
Cell Phones

• Please deposit these materials in the recycling
  centre located on the P1 level by the postal
  boxes of building 2. Smaller containers are
  located in your copier areas or kitchenettes.
