- Born and raised in Cedar Rapids, IA.
- Received my Bachelor of Computer Science Degree
from Texas Christian University in 1984. - Commissioned in the United States Air Force in
1985. - Received my Master of Computer Systems Management
Degree from Creighton University in 1989. - Served as a Project Manager for Amerada Hess Oil
Company from 1989 to 1991. - Served as the E-Business Director for Kellogg
Cereal Company from 1991 to 1993. - Received my Master of Business Administration
Degree from Mississippi State University in 1996. - Received my Doctor of Business Administration
Degree from Mississippi State University in 1998.

- Taught at the University of Wisconsin at
Milwaukee from 1998 to 1999. - Taught at Miami University from 1999 to 2000.
- Taught at Texas Christian University from 2000 to
2003. - On the faculty at Northern Illinois University
from 2003 to Present. - Promoted to Associate Professor and Tenured at
Northern Illinois University in 2006. - Interests

- Students will be given 10 minutes to complete
