Mission of the RLI
  • To provide educational opportunities for
Rotarians identified as potential leaders by

Rotary knowledge and leadership skills, thus
motivating participants to be more enthusiastic
    and dedicated Rotarians.

Why have RLI?
  • To give clubs more knowledgeable and skilled Club
members the future Club and Rotary leaders
  • To retain those vibrant members who leave Rotary

move forward to take office at Club and District

    all training

    hotels/motels

10
When?
  • Sessions are run throughout the whole Rotary year
  • Some Districts run sessions in parallel with
other trainings (eg. AG training, PETS) as
Facilitators are often involved in both
  • Rotarians are able to attend RLI sessions in
    other Districts

11
Who are Facilitators?
  • Each District selects a Faculty of 8 - 10
  • Those selected should already be known for their
