About Us

• We design, develop, and manufacture modern
  bedroom furniture, dining room furniture, and TV
  units.
• All our furniture are made from natural veneer
  and have been lacquered.
• We are fully equipped to produce panel furniture
  on a mass production basis.

Designing Process

• All designs are uniquely produced without
  imitating any existing design.
• A new concept starts from scratch to modeling in
  3D environment. We then produce a prototype.
  After everything is checked and necessary changes
  are made, we go into standard production.

Production Process

• We make furniture from start to end on our
  state-of-the-art equipment.
• Our furniture is made with precision and is
  perfect in all aspects. We have the capability to
  mass produce furniture of all styles and designs
  to perfection.
• In the next slides, we look into production in
  details.

Cutting Department

• Our panel cutting machine is fully automated. It
  has the capacity to cut up to 105mm thick panels
  at a time. The automated loading feature of the
  machine has improved our production capacity and
  efficiency.
• Present Capacity We can cut up to 10 sets of
  bedroom furniture every day.

Edge banding

• We have the capability of processing all kinds of
  edge banding, such as Melamine, PVC, and Veneer.
• We can edge any material in thickness of 0.3mm
  and 4mm. Our present capacity on a regular shift
  is 8,000 mt of edging.

CNC and Drilling

• Presently, we do all our milling and drilling on
  this line.
• In addition, we laser label all our boards in
  this section.

Sanding

• We strive for perfection.
• We achieve perfect calibration and sanding
  through our automated sanding machine.
• Each and every piece is calibrated to perfection
  and checked by our dedicated staff. They keep a
  close eye-check to ensure that every single piece
  is correctly sanded.
• This is where we, at Temay, make all the
  difference.

Painting

• We have perfectly standardized all our production
  processes, including Painting. To achieve the
  highest standards in painting, we have invested
  heavily in the spraying line.
• It does not matter who does the spraying. We have
  standardized the amount of filler or top coat.
  This enables us to ensure that the gloss level of
  all our pieces match perfectly.
• For Filling process - 180-220 gsm of Filling is
  applied.
• For Top Coat - 110-130 gsm of Top Coat is
  applied.
• We only use Polyurethane paints and procure all
  raw materials from Akzo Nobel.

Labeling

• Providing after sales service is essential in our
  business.
• Furniture pieces do get worn out and would need
  to be replaced.
• Each and every piece of furniture from Temay is
  embedded with a label. These labels are not
  overtly visible as they are embedded in places
  such as the edges or the backs.
• The customer just needs to supply us with
  information on the label to receive a perfectly
  matched piece of replaced furniture.

Packaging

• Lacquered furniture needs lots of attention to
  avoid scratches.
• The packaging materials we use the boxes,
  fleeces and the bubble wraps are the best
  available in the market.

• We can produce any panel based furniture.
• We can engrave anything (flowers, shapes) on the
  MDF and then paint them.
• We can develop new styles and designs based on
  our customers concepts.
