Council Time Guidelines

• Present awards only to clubbers in uniform.
• Use the song time to help children prepare for
  the message.
• The message should be one minute per year of age
  plus three.
• Leave time for counseling.

• Always include an opportunity to respond to the
  gospel.
• Use an invitation method that encourages a
  genuine response.
• Use biblically accurate phrases for explaining
  the gospel that are also age-appropriate.

Closing Time

• A 5-minute segment at the end of club.
• Includes
• Time to talk to clubbers who responded to the
  invitation.
• Repeat announcements.
• Review Council Time truths or lessons.
• Announce winning team/award nightly prize.
• Closing prayer.
• Dismissal/Greet Parents.
