• Purpose to demonstrate the Added Value of the
  HST4i and HSTconnect investments
• Added Value socio-economic environ-mental
  impact on the project locations
• Why? to provide decision makers with impartial
  feedback about the impacts of their decision to
  support investment related to high speed rail
