• My name is Miss Downs, or you may call me Miss D.
  
• This is my first year teaching first graders!
  Last year I taught second graders. So I am very
  excited to be your first grade teacher this year!

• I was born in South Amboy, New Jersey and raised
  in Sayreville, New Jersey.
• I have lived in Holmdel, New Jersey for the past
  12 years, but now I split my time between Holmdel
  and Garfield, NJ.
