• SIT IN GROUPS BY CALCULATOR
• Introduce yourself to a partner!
• Compare your homework with a partner or group.
  (Increase knowledge and dendrites!) You remember
  95 of what you teach! 80 of what you say and
  do!
• Write your NAME on your text and calculator.
• Try to get 2 phone numbers. Use them if your
  absent. (OK not to give out phone -rarely home,
  someones usually sleeping, etc..)

  How well? Like it? etc......
• 3. High School Math History List as much as you
  can remember Who, What, Where, When, Did you
  pass? How well? Like it? etc...
• 4. Special needs? Concerns?
• 5. Hopes, goals-why are you here?
• (Hold on to cards-hand in at end-add things as
  you think of them.)

Homework

• HW is your time to grow those dendrites!
• I will periodically-at random-collect HW
• It could be graded for a 5-20 point quiz grade-or
  just checked off as completed-on time. I am
  mostly looking for attempts to make sense and
  learn-not a photo copy of the solutions manual,
  or a collection of answers!
• NO LATE HW WILL BE ACCEPTED. Even if youre
  absent or late to class.
• (There will be opportunities to earn bonus quiz
  points.)

Optional Daily HW Collection

• You may hand in your HW each day, or weekly, for
  me to record that it was done. (into Green
  folder!)
• Must contain a HEADING or Cover sheet NAME,
  CLASS AND HOUR, SECTION OF TEXT, and tell if the
  assignment is complete, mostly complete, or
  incomplete.
