Teaching Subjects from September 2005

• From September 2005 we are introducing the
  following subjects into the curriculum
• GCSE Business Studies AQA Specification B
• The OCR Level 2 Certificate in Career Planning
  level 2 is equivalent to GCSE grades A to C.

Enterprise Activities

• Our enterprise expert is Mrs Shakeshaft and
  with help of staff, PGCE students and outside
  personnel she is involved in providing such
  things as
• Enterprise sessions for all Year 10 students
• The Young Enterprise scheme in the Sixth Form
• A gardening club
• Activities such as a Christmas Party for local
  pensioners

• Trips to, and/or the obtaining of business
  information from the following businesses helps
  the students to study real life businesses
• Peugeot
• VF Northern Europe
• Calverton Leisure Centre
• Alton Towers
• Many other businesses are studied by our students
  on an individual basis
