    colleagues.

  • 2. All authors (OF COURSE)
  • 3. To a colleague outside of your direct field

How to submit?
  • Journals require
  • 1) electronic versions as well as hard copies
    that must be sent by mail
  • OR
  • 2) electronic submission only online
  • Check the instructions to authors

  • Cover letter
  • Hard copy
  • Electronic copy
  • Signatures from all authors
  • Address, email, phone number, and fax for
    corresponding author

  • Include title and authors
  • Running title (shorter version with a limited

  • Include affiliation and addresses for each author
