Membership Process

• Two ways to join the Top Hat Club.
• Click on the word Join in the red navigation
  bar, or
• Click on the Top Hat in the center of our image
  map.

• Once we receive and verify your information, your
  login and password will be activated. This
  process is usually completed within 24 hours or
  less.

Top Hat Club Entry

• Approved members gain entry by either
• Clicking on the Log In in the red navigation
  bar, or by
• Clicking on the Top Hat Club Members Only icon.

• At this point you browser will be redirected to
  our secure server. This area of our web is
  available only to our members.

• Any information you submit from the secure site
  is fully encrypted while in transit. So make
  sure you see the lock on your page before you
  enter sensitive information.

• Once you are inside the secure portion of our web
• You will notice that the navigation bar at the
  top of the page has changed.
• Clicking on Home will take you outside the
  secure web, and it will become necessary to log
  back into the secure area.

Important Information

• Two fields on our forms are required for
  processing your request. These will always
  include
• Your email address, and
• The property address.

• The inclusion of this information assures that
  your request will be handled efficiently and
  correctly.

Form Processing - Initiation

• During initiation of the request
• Fill out the form as completely as possible
• Press the submit button

Form Processing Information Update

• If all the information was not known at the time
  you initiated the request log back into the
  system
• Complete the two required fields (email
  property address) then
• Update the form with the additional new
  information.

• This enables you to fill in the blanks as they
  become known. Just remember to always include
  the required fields when you are updating your
  requests.
