Why Do I Need HRConnect?

• HRConnect gives you direct and immediate access
  to crucial compensation and benefits information
  at any time, from anywhere with an internet
  connection.
• You will also use HRConnect to make benefits
  changes during Annual Enrollment in July and to
  complete mandatory training required for all
  system employees.

How to find HRConnect

• You will access HRConnect through the SSO system.
  
• Single Sign On is easy to find
• Just scroll over Faculty Staff the Tarleton
  Home page and click on Single Sign On.
• or
• Click on Faculty Staff and then on Single
  Sign On under the Administration/Policies
  heading
• or
• Type in
• https//sso.tamu.edu
• (If you have never used the SSO system, you may
  want to view the Single Sign On Tutorial before
  you do.)

Log Into Single Sign On

• The very first time you access the SSO system you
  will create your own password. Please refer to
  the SSO Tutorial for detailed instructions on the
  process.

• To enter the Single Sign On system,
• Enter your 9 digit UIN. (Your Universal ID Number
  issued by the TAMU system.),
• Enter your SSO password. (Created by you.)
• Click on Submit.

Inside SSO
Once inside Single Sign On, you will be on the
main menu page, Applications, where you will be
able to navigate to either HRConnect or
LeaveTraq. You may click on either the HRConnect
button or the bar.

• On the main page, you may
• View send HRConnect messages,
• Look up your UIN,
• Get some basic help with HRConnect, and
• Access benefits information in Spanish

• Notice the tabs under the HRConnect logo.
• These links lead to various areas within
  HRConnect and give you access to a variety of
  information and functions.
