  to deliver in terms of 21CN migration
  information.

  basis.

  stability and fault management.

• A source of data to help BT and Communication
  Providers manage the migration to 21CN
• A means by which communications can be
  distributed (PUSH) or obtained (PULL) by
  customers using an e-channel
• Search BTs National Migration Schedule and
  tailor the searches and communications
• Enables human to web interface and machine to
  machine interface
• Available from www.btwholesale.com/mcc
• Built on the same platform as the Broadband
  Customer Reporting (BBCR) application

• Who is it for..
• Developed for use by Communication Providers and
  21CN vendors
• Not for usage by end user consumers businesses or
  corporates

• Why do I need to apply for access.
• This will be the only way by which you will be
  able to access the 21CN migration data
• To access the migration data (by Directory
  Number, DLE 1141, Concentrator 1141, date or PEW
  reference)
• To receive migration related communications (e.g.
  Quality Gate reports and PEWs)
• If you do not apply for access you will not
  receive 21CN Migration related communications
  from the MCC
• BT will check, for security reasons, each
  application to ensure that the right individuals
  and organisations are accessing the 21CN
  migration data
