• Maintenance Document Reviews
• Performed by someone with Maintenance Release
  Authority
• Capture errors prior to data entry
• COMMON Pitfalls include
• UR Received for a part which failed after 15
  Flight hours, but the SCHR shows no install or
  removal.
• DISCREPS FOUND Y/N entry on card contradicts
  results.
• Avionics removed for TIME, but has NO scheduled
  maintenance.
