15Barbara Cusick, Principal
- It was very valuable to the staff. They were
able to identify the areas of weakness and
develop a plan to improve those specific areas.Â
The PLCs have focused more on the use of data,
providing more focused work time. It also showed
the importance of developing and sharing SMART
goals and sharing those goals with the entire
staff. Our entire staff now works to support all
SMART goals.
