• 1- Reduce the Cost of Administration
• 2- Reduce the cost of Traveling
• 3- add only 5 on the rate of membership for all
  members every year.
• 4- Add new members category Friendly suppliers,
  supporters, food manufacturers, catering, etc...
• 5- Find New Sponsors as ONE Airline.

1- Reduce the cost of Administration

• Office Rentals----(14.2.07)
• Purchase equipments instead of rentals.
• Move to Geneva at the End of 2007.
• Return Back to IHRA core Business which is
  representation of the Private sector with Major
  institution Worldwide.
• Better Lobbying than talking

2- Reduce the cost of Labors

• New General Director.
• Cost 50 of the old .
• Personnel become consultants, no social
  charges to be paid.
• Board members can assume some functions as
  Consultants.

3- Reduce the cost of Travel

• No spouses or Family .
• No Past President or any Board member travel at
  IHRA expenses, including DG and Staff except with
  official mission given by the President.
• Negotiate always reduce Lodging cost for them
  with Hotels chain member.

5- Add New Categories

• Independent Hotels Worldwide.
• New category for Hospitality Suppliers.
• Hospitality Supporters as Bankers, Builders,
  Hospitality Architects, designers.
• Food Suppliers
• Airlines..

MEETINGS in 2007

• New Meetings for 2007
• March 2007- Berlin (out)
• 3 Board Meetings/year General Assembly Board
  meeting.
• Several Conference calls will be planned during
  2007.
• Board Meeting Location January, Washington DC,
  March Lima, Peru, June Amman Jordan or Greece or
  Malaysia.

Business Orientation

• Represent the private sector at All global
  Governmental institutions.
• Position IHRA on several topic issues that is
  related to our industry.
• Spending our time in Lobbying instead of looking
  for new members.
• Developing a consultation core with our
  Association members and Chain Leaders for major
  issue that concern our Business

The Future?? BRIGHT

• IHRA will survive after one year of
  re-organization in 2007 in Paris and will have
  stability in 2008 moving to Geneva Switzerland
  and will prosper in 2009, becoming maybe IHA,
  International Hospitality Association.
