lies not in our stars, but in ourselves, that we
are underlings. The point is simple- by
definition Self-Help is not something you can
get from a book. A book can give you ideas- Self
help is about consistent action in pursuit of a
goal and the action has to be taken by each and
every one of us personally. Personal change is a
consequence of learning through conscious
