from his mother's womb, naked will he return as

7- 10 For the love of money
is a
root - of all kinds of evil,
- for which some have strayed from the faith
in their greediness,
and pierced themselves through with many
sorrows.
- 11 But you, O man of God, flee these things and
pursue
righteousness, godliness,
faith, love, patience,
gentleness. - Â Â Â

acknowledged Jesus as the resurrected Lord,
perhaps either at his baptism or his ordination
as a minister of the gospel. (see G. W. Knight,

1Cor 1550 Now this is what I am saying, brothers
and sisters Flesh and blood cannot inherit the
kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit
the imperishable. 1551 Listen, I will tell you a
mystery We will not all sleep, but we will all
be changed 1552 in a moment, in the blinking
of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet
will sound, and the dead will be raised
imperishable, and we will be changed. 1553 For
this perishable body must put on the
imperishable, and this mortal body must put on
immortality. 1554 Now when this perishable puts
on the imperishable, and this mortal puts on
immortality, then the saying that is written will
happen, Death has been swallowed up in
victory. 1555 Where, O death, is your
victory? Where, O death, is your sting?
14- 17 Command those who are rich in this present age
1.not to be haughty,
2.nor to trust in uncertain riches
3.but in the living God, who
gives us richly all things to enjoy.
- 18 Let them do good, that they be rich in good
works, -
ready to give, willing to share,
19 storing up for
themselves
a good foundation for the time to come,
that they may lay hold on
eternal life. Â Â Â
Result of doing good!
15- 20 O Timothy!
Guard what
was committed to your trust, - avoiding the profane and idle
babblings and contradictions of what is falsely
called knowledge 21 by professing it some have
strayed concerning the faith. Grace be with you.
Amen.
