• Within Contacts you can also set up Distribution
  Lists Mailing lists of people who share a
  common interest or belong to a group.
• When you receive mail addressed to All Users or
  DP Certificated it is because you are a member
  of that Distribution List.

• To create a new Distribution List, click on the
  down-arrow next to New and select Distribution
  List.
• Then, name the list and use the button Find
  Names to select members from the Contacts list.
• Link to Sending e-mail to a Distribution List
