EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

• Responsible for day to day operations of the
  National Office
• Supervise the receipt disbursement of all
  monies
• Maintain current membership delegate records
• Serve as the National Convention Coordinator

ELECTED BOARD MEMBERS

• 8 at-large members - elected by delegates at the
  Annual General Assembly meeting for a 3 year term
• 9 Regional Vice-Presidents elected at the
  Delegates Meeting at the Annual National
  Convention for a 2 year term.

REGIONAL VICE-PRESIDENTS

• Visit parishes in their region
• Provide link between the Board and the Delegates
• Increase membership
• Promote the goals of NAM at the regional level
• Responsible for the finances of the region
• Work closely with the National Coordinator to
  ensure the smooth
• running of the Delegate Meeting held at
  the National Conventions
• delegate meetings the Annual General
  Assembly.
• Schedule, promote coordinate Annual
  Regional Conventions

SPECIAL COMMITTEES

1. Education - provides workshops educational
   programs, oversees Scholarship Programs,
   Vocation Poster Essay Contest.
2. Heritage - cultural and educational interactions
   with Lebanon such as the student exchange program
   at NDU as well as NAMs relationships with
   Lebanese organizations such as Telelumiere and
   Noursat
3. Membership Committee - provides membership
   campaigns and programs.
4. Ways and Means Organize fundraising and grant
   efforts

SPIRITUAL DIRECTOR(S)

• Provide spiritual advice and to the Organization
  both the Board and NAM members and liaison to the
  Bishops
• Serve on the Board of Directors in a limited
  capacity as a non-voting member.

CONVENTION CHAIRPERSONS

• Chosen by his or her Pastor and serves a term
  from the time of appointment until the first
  Board Meeting after their Convention
• Serve on the Board of Directors in a limited
  capacity as a non-voting member.

PARISH/COMMUNTIY DELEGATES

• Each Parish/Community of the Eparchy represented
  by 2 delegates appointed by the pastor or Parish
  Administrator on a calendar year basis.
• Attend all regional meetings in addition to the
  Annual General Assembly Meeting if attending at
  the National Convention.
• Responsible for promoting NAM and recruiting
  members

• Elect Regional Vice-Presidents at the regional
  meetings
• Bring new business to the floor at the National
  Convention
• Vote on new business, national matters elect
  Board Members at the Annual General Assembly
  Meeting.
