8Future Plans for Organisation
- CETA has engaged the GDE in an effort to align
the learnerships with the FET curricular- Task
team in place - Facilitation of workplace experiential placement
with FETs - Encourage learners, particularly women and youth
to consider entepreneurship - Continue setting provincial targets on scarce and
critical skills - Challenges- Rural provinces are dominated by low
NQF level courses.
